Features

Kdenlive is currently under heavy development. Here are the features that are present in the svn developpement version:

• DV quality editing.
• Resize, move, and cut an unlimited number of clips of any length.
• Dual video monitors, both capable of playback.
• Drag-n-Drop compatability with external programs, such as Konqueror and Noatun.
• Can read raw DV, AVI DV, jpeg, gif, png, mpeg, wav, mp3, ogg,... (all formats supported by ffmpeg should work)
• Can export your movie to dv or mpeg
• Create color clips and text clips
• Audio mixing of all tracks
• Basic effects (Audio volume, brightness, Greyscale, Invert, Sepia)
• Basic Transition (crossfade, wipe, picture in picture)
